Minimum two cheques drawn in favour of M/s. Unique Electrocab Pvt. Ltd. to be issued by the Channel Partner without filling in date & amount with authority to us to fill the date and outstanding amount claimed by us without any further reference to the Channel Partner.
Any changes in the constitution/Ownership/Partners/Directors/Autorized person/Banker etc. shall be intimated to the company in writing immediately.
In case of any dispute, the same shall be referred to the sale Arbitrator under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996 at Delhi. The award of arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive Jurisdiction in all matters arising under this reference.
I/we authorize Unique Electrocab Pvt. Ltd. to encash aforesaid cheques to settle my/our outstanding. I/we confirm all aforesaid terms are binding to me/us.
